La conciencia moral y el problema de la norma desde la perspectiva rosminiana

Jacob Buganza

Abstract

The article defends, first of all, that the moral conscience is a theoretical judgment about the practical or effective judgment, and not a practical judgment, as is often usually considered. And in second place, the article expose in what sense can we speak about the error of the judgment of conscience, for which a Rosminian posture is adopted.
