La réception des « nouveaux acteurs de Minuit » (1980-2012)

Dominique Faria

Resumo

Jean Echenoz, Jean-Philippe Toussaint, Eric Chevillard and Christian Gailly are young authors whose novels Jérôme Lindon decides to publish in the eighties. Back then, some names were created to designate them, thus creating a group effect. As the end of the century approaches, it’s time to think over the twentieth century French novel. Several studies are then published which make an effort to select the authors and suggest some ways to label them. This article tries to seize how these novels were received in France, from the eighties through the early twentieth century, and to reflect on how they are thought of nowadays.
