Victor Segalen et la litérature brésilienne : présence inavouée

Maria Luiza Berganger da Silva

Resumo

Starting from the figuration of poetic landscape as a product of the relations between Literature and Space, this study examines the virtual dialogue between the French author, Victor Segalen and Brazilian author, Mario de Andrade, translated by the mediation of exoticism. If the perspective provision of these authors stressed their productivity in the two confronted literatures, the intersection between them also witnesses the fertility of « non-confessed communities » for the comparative fields today. Penciled in an undeleted textual background, the emphasis on the landscape of subjectivity legitimizes the confluence between the national literary creation and the French literary production.
