«École de Chartres»: les enjeux historiographiques

Abstract


L’auteure retrace et examine les grands moments de l’historiographie relative à l’«École de Chartres», dans le contexte plus large des grandes lignes qui ont orienté la recherche et la conception de ce qu’est la «philosophie médiévale», de V. Cousin à nos jours. Son discutés notamment les grandes étiquettes telles que «Renaissance du XIIe siècle», «platonisme», «aristotélisme».


The author describes and discusses the highlights of the historiography on the
“School of Chartres”, in the broader context of the research on what is considered to be “Medieval Philosophy”, since Victor Cousin until our days. Discussion includes large labels such as “Renaissance of the 12th century”, “Platonism”, “Aristotelianism”.
