Resumo

This work intends to outline some introductory considerations about the relationship between art and fashion, and as after the 1980s, there was the development of a corporate collection in the luxury industry.
Discussing issues such as economic capital and symbolic capital, artistic field and collecting, our intention is to establish a panoramic diagnosis of the influences of this phenomenon on art and artistic consecration in contemporary times.
