The operator moves a small flat joystick pad to go a cursor on the central screen, but in a moving vehicle, this setup is problematic. The Lexus CT  primary controls are easy to see and logically placed for simplicity of use, but the Remote Touch controller for optional Video Audio and Navigation systems is one of the most amazing interfaces available. A haptic feedback feature simulates triggers as you hover over portions of the screen to simply help locate virtual buttons, but the whole system remains awkward and difficult to use.
